    One. Product introduction

    The flocculation and decolorizing agent independently developed by our company is an inorganic cationic polymer compound with multiple functions such as decolorization, flocculation, and CODcr degradation. It is mainly used for the decolorization treatment of high-chroma wastewater in dye plants, and can be used for the treatment of acid and disperse dyes; it can also be used for the treatment of textile and printing wastewater and the treatment of industrial wastewater such as pigments, inks, and papermaking.

    The operation is simple, the water is clear and transparent, and the color is not reversed;

    Compared with traditional quaternary amine cationic decolorants, it has the advantages of low cost and no residual organic components;

    Good flocculation effect and can degrade part of COD at the same time;


    Three, the scope of use

    It is mainly used for the decolorization treatment of high-chroma wastewater in dye plants, and can be used for the treatment of acid and disperse dyes; it can also be used for the treatment of textile and printing wastewater and the treatment of industrial wastewater such as pigments, inks, and papermaking.


    Four, use method

    4.1 Small test process

    ① Take 1 L of high chroma wastewater from a graduated cylinder and adjust the PH value;

    ② Add a certain amount of decolorizing agent (10%-30%) with a pipette, and stir for 2 minutes.

    ③ Add 1‰ of PAM to flocculate and settle down;

    ④ Observe whether the chromaticity of the supernatant meets the requirements, if not, adjust the dosage of the drug and repeat the third step;

    ⑤ Calculate the amount of decolorizing agent and other chemicals in each ton of wastewater based on the test data.


    4.2 On-site test process:

    First, dilute the required reagent in the dosing equipment, and adjust the dosing flow according to the results of the small test. There is a biochemical process, and it is added before the water outlet of the biochemical tank and the secondary sedimentation tank; if there is no biochemical process, directly add it to In the dosing tank, adjust the dosage according to the chromaticity of the effluent of the sedimentation tank until the discharge standard is met.
